The Archive located at 848 Chapel St in New Haven, Connecticut. Entire facade is EIFS (all the beams, corrugated metal and bolts are made of foam). The patina/rust look was achieved using Sto Metallic Top Coat.

The Audubon located at 367 Orange St in New Haven , Connecticut. This is an EIFS project. The dark finish on the left picture is Sto Fine Sand. The brook look on the right is Sto Stencil Brick.

The Archive located at 808 Chapel St in New Haven, Connecticut. This is an EIFS project. The brick look was achieved with Sto Stencil Brick. The limestone facade on the first floor is Sto Limestone Finish with custom cut decorative inlays.
